(New) Morning Ritual (...hopefully...)
5:00am - Alarm goes off - IGNORE.
5:05am - Snooze kicks in - Stay awake until 2nd Snooze.
5:10am - Morning exercise.
5:25am - Single pull espresso and single cookie.
5:30am - Rinse, wash, & repeat of cup, saucer, and self.
5:45am - Start the day in car.
6:00am - Work
2:30pm - End of Regular Work Day
Forget going to the gym!! Go to hell, P-90X. I graduated with a degree in history; time to try a 106-year-old exercise regimen called My System by J.P. Muller. It’s only 15 a 15 minute process done everyday, and I’m kinda hoping to get a 19th century strongman body. Hah!
